Our practice invites you to experience rhythm, silence, and movement as gateways to the inner self.
Rhythm enables us to feel with the beat. The steadier and more embodied the rhythm, the more our own sense of movement and breathing can follow, opening a pathway into states of calm focus, embodied awareness. Across many cultures, this connection between rhythm and the body has long been recognised and made use of as a natural feature of how sound engages our nervous system and sense of time. It is through rhythm that we can listen more closely to ourselves and each other, and in that listening, experience a deepening of presence and shared cohesion.

Ritual invites us to bring intention to our actions. Through simple, meaningful gestures repeated with presence, ordinary moments become spaces of reflection, connection, and transformation. Across cultures and throughout history, rituals have helped people mark transitions, honour what matters, and create a sense of belonging through the human need for meaning, structure, and shared experience. It is through ritual that we slow down enough to notice what is often overlooked, allowing intention to shape experience and creating space for a deeper relationship with ourselves, each other, and the present moment.

His work explores music as a tool for therapheutic and somatic processes. He studied at the “Jazzcampus Basel”, the “Siena Jazz Academy”, and the “Neue Jazzschool München” and plays various instruments including saxophone, flute, guitar, oud, and percussion. Shaped by his lifelong experience in devotional spaces and a long-standing interest in music as more than entertainment, his approach invites emotional depth and connection.
Through workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and community gatherings, we weave together live music, rhythm, embodiment, and contemporary ritual practice. Our offerings create safe spaces for self-discovery, emotional integration, expression, and deep connection. Grounded in trauma-aware facilitation and guided by the power of live music, we invite participants into greater presence, aliveness, and belonging.
Nature is an essential part of our work. We draw inspiration from the wisdom of the natural world and consciously engage with the elements, seasonal cycles, fresh herbs, and aromatic plants to deepen presence and connection. Through scent, touch, and direct experience, participants are invited to reconnect with their senses and rediscover the profound relationship between inner and outer nature.
